Our exclusive Back To The 60s and 70s party break at Warner Norton Grange - for over 40s only - now has an extra dimension with the opportunity to visit the Isle of Wight International Charity Classic Car Extravanganza. We’ve booked the whole of Norton Grange for this break featuring original bands The Fortunes and Jimmy James and the Vagabonds, plus tribute act Abba Fever. As well as great music from our live bands and a classic car show nearby, you‘ll also enjoy free drinks every evening at this super summer party.
The Classic Car show takes place at Newport Quay on Saturday 15 September, and Ryde Esplanade on Sunday 16 September. Both days are free to attend. Travel to and from the show is not included. Anyone wishing to display their vehicles should register in advance with the organisers on 02084 397871.

The journey to the island is a pleasure in itself with a relaxing short cruise across the Solent from the Portsmouth, Lymington or Southampton. During the crossing, you can sit back and take in the lovely views as the south coast recedes into the distance and the picturesque Isle of Wight coast gets ever closer. Once on the island, the journey takes in picturesque countryside before arriving at Warner’s Bembridge Coast Hotel.

Abba Fever

Jimmy James and the Vagabonds are superstars of British Soul music with a glittering career dating back to the mid 1960s. Known for songs like "Come To Me Softly", "Now Is the Time" and "I‘ll Go Where the Music Takes Me" the band - led by Jamaican-born Jimmy - still tops the bill today.

The Fortunes formed in Birmingham and achieved international acclaim in 1965 when "You‘ve Got Your Troubles" broke into the US and UK Top 10s. The hits continued, including "Here It Comes Again" and "Here Comes That Rainy Day Feeling Again"; continuing into the 1970s with more globally successful releases such as "Storm in a Teacup" and "Freedom Come, Freedom Go".

Abba Fever are in their 20th year as one of the most successful touring Abba tributes in the UK and Europe. The five-piece live band with five-part harmonies transport audiences back to the 70s through the biggest hits of the world’s favourite band.
