The nearest train station is Kingham or Charlbury which are a 6 mile taxi ride away.
It may be more convenient to take the train to Oxford and then the S3 Bus from Oxford to Chipping Norton – the nearest bust stop is Southcombe, Chipping Norton Golf Club – this is at the entrance to the hotel.

The bedrooms are located in the main hotel building and adjacent apartments with lift access to 1st floor rooms. All bedrooms are en-suite and equipped with hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, Flatscreen TV, Telephone, Safe & Free Wi-Fi.
House Keeping/ Towels & Bed Linen
Towels and Bed Linen will be provided and beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
Check-inYou are welcome to arrive before this time to purchase lunch or drinks and your room will be available from 3pm. Rooms must be vacated on the last day by 11am.
Parking – ample Free car parking is available at the hotel.
Dining – Breakfast will be served in the Terrace Restaurant on the 1st floor from 07:00-10:00 (there is lift access if required) – You can go in at any time – but must be seated by 09:45 latest
Dinner – will be served at 19:00 (please be seated for 18:45) both nights in the Amara Ballroom followed by entertainment in the same venue. Menus for dinners will be e-mailed to you in advance of the break so you can make your selection, these need to be booked before departure.
Seating Please see the table plan as you enter the Amara Ballroom. You will be seated at a table with up to 10 guests, who may or may not be known to you depending on if your booking is part of a larger party. As this is a cabaret dining venue, tables for 2 will not be possible.

We only know about Special requests shown on your GN confirmation – for anything vital not shown or not advised, please call or email us by no later than one week prior to travel – Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01895 83 33 33 9am to 5.30pm weekdays.
In particular we need to know. .
A) Mobility issues, scooter, wheelchair, frame or stick use, or cannot climb into a bath.
B) Special dietary requirements other than GLUTEN FREE OR VEGETARIAN – always available.
C) If travelling with friends not on the same booking reference as you and you have not already told us you want to dine with, or be in nearby accommodation. There is no need to contact us on this matter if you all booked at the same time, have the same booking reference number and same grade of accommodation.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE RESORT DIRECTLY – they will be unable to assist you as they do not have access to your booking info.
Drinks & paying for extras Additional purchases such as drinks, snacks and spa treatments must be paid for as you go. You cannot add purchases to your room account. Payment can be made by Debit/Credit Card or cash.
