The Three Degrees are an American female vocal group, formed in 1963 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The group has remained a trio with 2 original members since Sheila Ferguson left many moons ago. A firm favourite with Prince Charles The Three Degrees are well known for their soulful voices, beautiful gowns, and fabulous stage shows. They are known all around the world for songs like “When will i see you again” “Dirty Ol’Man” & “Take good care of yourself” “They have been continuously touring for more than 40 years and still touring to this day. The Three Degrees are Helen Scott, Valerie Holiday & Freddie Pool.
New Amen Corner have emerged in the last couple of years as arguably the hottest band on the 60s circuit with an unrivalled ability to perfectly recreate the sound and atmosphere of that momentous period 50 years ago when music sent good vibrations across the world. The original Amen Corner was a big influence on the 60s pop scene, creating their own unique brand of music, a mixture of mod, psychedelic power pop, heavy horns, swirling Hammond organ and distinctive voice of Andy Fairweather-Low. Their power house live show made them one of the most exciting bands around. With million seller hits like Gin House, Bend Me Shape Me, If Paradise was half as Nice, High in the Sky, & Hello Suzie they became a household name in the late 60s. The New Amen Corner has a musical pedigree second to none with band members who have played with the likes of Screaming Lord Sutch, The Symbols, Jeff Beck, Alexsis Korner, Roy Wood, Robert Plant, Alvin Stardust, Ruby Turner, Mike Oldfield and Jaki Graham to name but a few. Their Bringing on Back the 60s show is a veritable discography of the era.
Memories of the 4 Tops are the ultimate Soul and Motown group who present a stunning floorshow of an extensive repertoire of hits from the legendary Four Tops. Featuring outstanding vocal harmonies and pulsating choreography, the group also perform a unique blend of classic R’n’B, Stax, Motown and Soul including classic hits from the Temptations, Stevie Wonder, The Drifters and more. This classy act have been wowing audiences all over the UK and Internationally with their energetic and evocative performance that guarantees a fantastic evening of music.
Sammy Lomax has performed for audiences all around the world with her sensational vocals and diverse repertoire, including pop, rock, motown, and songs through the decades from 60s to present day, but she is best known for her amazing life-like tribute to 60s soul icon Dusty Springfield. Sammy fully evokes Dustys diva-like appearance and vocal sounds.
The Ragdolls are Europe’s number 1 tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Their celebration of Frankie and the boys will take you on a musical journey through the sounds of one of the most successful bands of all time. Classic songs such as Sherry, Walk like a man, Oh What a Night and many more truly recreate the iconic sound of the Four Seasons.With slick choreography and the Frankie’s recognisable falsetto, The Ragdolls really set the scene for a great night of music.
Spencer James Story of the Searchers. Spencer James has been vocalist/lead guitarist with 60s legends The Searchers for 32 years, during which time the workload has been phenomenal, and has included numerous UK and world tours. Spencer’s high-end recording studio (SJO Music) has produced acts such as The Equals, The Searchers, as well as his own albums Tides of Time, Love Remains and Breath In Breath Out, The Age Of Reason and Hope For Me Yet, featuring his own original songs. Spencer is developing his solo recording, writing and playing career as time and Searchers’ schedules permit.
Soul Kinda Wonderful are Multi National Music award winning act. Voted #1 Drifters tribute. The songs of The Drifters: such as Saturday night at the movies, Under the boardwalk, Stand by me. My girl and many more. Lead vocalist, Richie Sampson, has performed alongside former long standing members of The Drifters, such as Ray Lewis, Billy Lewis, Butch Leake and Roy Hemming’s at various times.
Christopher Gee’s career took off after he appeared on BBC TVs Opportunity Knocks ad it is now as varied as the 100+ voices he performs in his unique one man show. He has performed with some of the top names in show business all over the UK and abroad. Performing as a solo artist and also principal comedian in touring shows has given Christopher Gee the experience to work to different audiences. With his unique blend of topical, original, quality and non-offensive comedy material and his uncanny ability to impersonate, means that his act is suitable for most occasions.
