    4 days, 14th to 17th July 2023, from £399 per person

    Entertainment

The Legendaries – Les McKeowns former touring band – Remaining band members Phil Hendriks, Darren Lee, Scott McGowan, Nick Gornall and Alex Southgate have regrouped to play all the hits and more, Remembering the hits such as ‘Shang-A-Lang’ Give A Little Love, I Only Want To Be With You, Summer Love Sensation and of course Bye Bye Baby.

The Original 70s PAPER LACE started in 1967, founding member Phil Wright (Lead Vocalist & Drummer) is still in the band and continues to perform today, together with Phil Hendriks, from Las McKeown’s Bay City Rollers (Vocalist & Guitar), who sang and played on Paper Lace’s big hits in the 1970’s including ‘Billy Don’t Be A Hero’,No.1 in the UK March 1974, and ‘The Night Chicago Died’ No.1 in the United States in 1974. Other members touring with Phil are Jeff, Sweet’s Singer and bass guitarist for 16 years, Pete Phipps, The original, drumming Powerhouse from The Glitter Band and on keyboards is Dave Major who has played with T-Rex since Mickey Finn re-formed the band.

CARNABY STREET have been wowing crowds on the South West and UK’s gig scene for nigh on 21years now…..and for anyone who’s been to one of their gigs, it’s not difficult to see why! The hugely popular ‘Swingin’ Sixties Tribute Band’ have the sort of enthusiastic, infectious energy you don’t see with many bands these days. It’s as if every gig is their first! Lead by the dulcet tones of charismatic crooner & frontman Dez, their repertoire ranges from classic songs from the early 60’s ‘Beat Group’ era, through to the deliriously groovy ‘Flower Power’ hits from later in the decade. Hit After hit! After hit , Fab!

Following his success on ‘Stars in Their Eyes’ Jimmy Jemain is the official UK No.1 Cliff Richard Tribute and Europe’s finest and most professional tribute to Cliff Richard. Boasting an uncanny, even eerie likeness to the Peter Pan of pop, Jemain has got all the moves, mannerisms and certainly the authentic voice to utterly convince as a Richard tribute. Jimmy also starred in “Cliff the Musical” in London’s West End and covers almost every hit record Cliff Richard (who has 14 number 1 singles) has ever had. Some of the covers include “Move It”, “Living Doll”, “Summer Holiday”, “Miss You Nights” and more. In this show he performs with the Knight Shadows adding another dynamic to his solo show.

Paul Da Vinci’s 60s & 70s Explosion featuring all the showmanship you would expect from the Original Voice of The Rubettes’ “Sugar Baby Love”, Paul Da Vinci and his incredible live band bring you all the classic hits from the 60s & 70s.

Sounds Imperial are well established highly professional live four-piece band covering from music from the 60s to the Present Day. This band is always popular with audiences wherever they play with a stage show that lives up to their name.

Nancy Ann Lee is best known as “Little Miss Sixties” where she has received rave reviews for being one of the liveliest tributes to the 60s divas including Lulu whose songs make a huge contribution to the show. Remember Shout, Relight My Fire, Teardrops, The Man Who Sold the World, To Sir With Love and more.

Nat Augustin is Stevie One! – an all-round talented musician and sensational vocalist who has perfected an incredible tribute to the iconic Stevie Wonder. Nat’s likeness to Stevie Wonder and his soulful voice perfectly evoke the Motown and have everyone singing along. Nat performs the hits from the 60s right through to the 90s, Including I Was Made To Love Her, Signed, Sealed, delivered I’m Yours, Isn’t She Lovely, Superstition, I Just Called To Say I Love You, Ribbon In The Sky and many more. Throughout his career, Nat has worked with music legends including Whitney Houston, Lemar, Boy George, Rick Astley, Shakira, Pet Shop Boys and Lulu.

Maxine Mazumder was a live grand finalist on ITV’s ‘Stars In Their Eyes’ as Lulu and also appeared on ‘New Faces’ as the lead vocalist in a band known as ‘Strange Rooms’. Taking on the role of Dusty in Bill Kenwright’s West End production ‘The Roy Orbison Story’ Maxine has taken her tribute to one of the greatest ever soul divas all over the world. Recreating the performances of Dusty Springfield with precision and performs each of Dusty’s hits with power and emotion. Maxine has travelled worldwide performing on Ocean Village, Azura and Ventura cruise ships and for Corporate Events and Holiday Centres everywhere. The look and mannerisms are eerily accurate and Maxine delivers power and emotion to every classic hit including: ‘I Only Want To Be With You’, ‘You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me’ and many others.

Gunton Hall has a distinctly rural feel; it may be within walking distance of the beach, but it’s surrounded by Suffolk woodland, gardens, a picturesque lake and pitch and putt course. It’s a relaxing seaside destination, within driving distance to the Norfolk Broads or the famous village of Southwold. There is a range of rooms, from a small number of luxury Royale rooms, which are part of the original historic building, to stunning lodges or simpler chalets in the gardens. The village square, sports hall and leisure centre and large dance floor create the buzzing, sociable atmosphere that Warner is well known for.

    Yolanda Tapping

"we have just had a great weekend" I must admit I was a little worried about going away in the middle of covid after cancelling all my other holidays this year, but we have just had a great weekend although a little different. The music was great and the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble considering they had a lot more to do i.e.serving at meal times and drinks at the tables. We have been away with you before and will again. Read more “Norton Grange Sept 2020”
