Hermanâs Hermits emerged in the Mid-60s music scene alongside The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and many more British bands. From their beginning in Manchester on April 1st 1964, the band has chalked up over 23 hit singles, 10 hit albums, 3 major movies and countless television shows and concert tours all over the world. To date they have total record sales of over 75 million. Since the 1971 departure of Peter Noone to pursue a solo career, the group has never stopped. Original member Barry (the Bean) Whitwam has guided the band from strength to strength into one of the hardest working acts in the business â they still average more than 200 gigs a year. The âGolden Oldiesâ still make up most of their show â much to the enjoyment of their fans, who canât resist singing along to âMrs Brown Youâve Got A Lovely Daughterâ, âSilhouettesâ, âDandyâ, âHenry VIIIâ and many others. From the 60s, though the 70s, 80s, 90s and into the 21st century, Hermanâs Hermits are still âInto Something Goodâ.
The Ragdolls are Europeâs number 1 tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Their celebration of Frankie and the boys will take you on a musical journey through the sounds of one of the most successful bands of all time. Classic songs such as Sherry, Walk like a man, Oh What a Night and many more truly recreate the iconic sound of the Four Seasons. With slick choreography and the Frankieâs recognisable falsetto, The Ragdolls really set the scene for a great night of music.
Multi-talented multi-instrumentalist Keith Slater has created a superb show celebrating the 1960s and 1970s â the decades when music changed the world. His one-man show perfectly evokes the era and is virtually a time-travelling experience. Keith has been a professional musician since 1981 and has toured extensively around the British Isles. He has recorded with well known bands such as 60âs group Mike Sheridan and the Nightriders, the nationally acclaimed folk act The Fastest Bat and Lancashire comedian Phil Cool. He has appeared on national TV shows Pebble Mill at One, The Tom OâConnor show, The Barmaids Arms and The Phil Cool Show. His music has been played on Radio one, Radio two and Local radio. He regularly works with well known artistes Carl Chinn (Birmingham historian), Malcolm Stent, Don Maclean and award winning bands Inheritance and Vivo where he sings, plays guitar, drums, violin and harmonica (obviously not all at the same time).
International tribute artist and sensational showman Rock Stewart is now recognised as the most authentic vocal tribute to the legendary Rod Stewart. Rock has enchanted audiences across Europe and in the far east, even performing in front of the royal family in the united emirates at the 200th anniversary of the battle of Trafalgar 2005. Rock Stewart is the only Rod Stewart tribute with a vocal range that is almost exactly the same as Rodâs, and a personality that delights audiences wherever he performs.
From The Gap came together several years ago as âHeart & Soulâ, Tom and Simon played around the UK, around their busy schedule with The Union Gap. Do not expect to see a âslimmed down versionâ of a Union Gap show, this is a completely different show, with a few songs from the 1960s but predomently the boys have decided to go along the 70âs & 80âs path, with a lively, Explosive Jukebox Show⊠with songs that you will definetley know and want to have a good dance too.
The Rozzers featuring Owen James is the UKâs #1 tribute artist to Sting and The Police. The band play all over the world, touring UK theatres, headlining festivals and performing on cruise ships. "we have just had a great weekend" I must admit I was a little worried about going away in the middle of covid after cancelling all my other holidays this year, but we have just had a great weekend although a little different. The music was great and the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble considering they had a lot more to do i.e.serving at meal times and drinks at the tables. We have been away with you before and will again. Read more âNorton Grange Sept 2020â
