I’ve had a really enjoyable holiday thank you.
Having never booked this type of break before I came with an open mind about what the experience would be like. I was not disappointed. Far from it: the organisation, planning, standard and quality of the itinerary was first class throughout-from the initial booking process, hotel accommodation, travel arrangements to the excellent service provided by our Tour Manager, Sue.

She was always so professional, warm and friendly and always made sure everyone in the group felt included and special. She worked tirelessly throughout to make sure we all had a fantastic time. Sue clearly cares about her role as Tour Manager. She made sure everyone enjoyed their holiday and left with some wonderful memories.

The whole holiday experience has been fantastic. I would describe it as a cruise but on land and will definitely be booking another holiday with GN Holidays very soon. Nidd Hall Hotel is an excellent venue for this type of holiday.
